PROMES Lean Manufacturing

Total Productive Management, shortly TPM, concentrates on the efficiency of the manufacturing means. PROMES focusses on 2: equipment (time) and materials. These 2 means produce masses of information that can never be processed or controlled on a manual basis to give advice on manufacturing improvements. 

The software solution PROMES implements is based on 4 layers:

• Collect the data and bring it in relation to each other through our connectivity product PRODBX
• Analyze the time losses caused by underperformance of the equipment
• Analyze the material losses
• Business intelligence module that advices you on more efficient parameters or settings in you factory, to become and stay more successfully.
